MTN Micro will only accept UNOPENED and UNUSED merchandise for return purchased from MTN Micro (Must have Order Number). All open items void the possibility of return. All returns are via store credit or replacement. Exceptions are items that are truly defective upon arrival. MTN Micro will not accept items that have modified from original form upon arrival in any capacity.
MTN Micro will initiate contact the vendor on your behalf for defective items. It is solely up to the vendor's discretion to replace the item. In your initial email, please include photos of your product, a detailed description of your issue, and a description of any troubleshooting preformed.
In the event that a returned package is lost, MTN Micro cannot return or replace your return.
